Burgee Capital LLC is a Washington, D.C. based, investor and operating partner of mobile home communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We are strategically positioned to handle everything from the day-to-day operations, to creating and implementing targeted asset repositioning’s.

With a frontline methodology to value creation and preservation, we are committed to delivering attractive, risk-adjusted returns to our investors, while providing safe, affordable and sustainable communities to our residents. With experience in both the public and private sector, we understand the importance our investors and clients put on communication. We pride ourselves in being only one call away.

Our History

Burgee Capital LLC was formed to take advantage of the troubling supply and demand imbalances in the only non-subsidized affordable housing asset class, manufactured housing. A concept which the founder grew passionate about while pursuing his Master’s of Real Estate at Georgetown University.  Leveraging his wide-ranging background in real estate investment, management and operations allows for unconventional and advantageous approaches to a variety of investment strategies tailored for this unique asset class.
