Location: Mid-Atlantic (VA, MD, DE, PA, WV, NC) submarkets with metro populations over 150,000
Size: Communities with 20 pads or higher; will consider smaller in select markets
Utilities: Public and/or Private
Occupancy: Prefer parks with greater than 70% occupancy
Transaction Size: $500,000 – $20,000,000
